I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the pending payment of the last money back amount of 10,000 Rupees associated with my policy. The policy details are as follows:

I have previously informed your branch about this
matter, explaining that due to negligence on the part of the issuing agent in
October 2022, the last money back amount of 10,000 Rupees was mistakenly
omitted from the final maturity amount. I was given assurance that this
oversight would be rectified by March 2023. Unfortunately, despite the
assurances, no action has been taken to provide the promised payment.
This error has caused me considerable financial
distress, as I had relied on the last money back amount to meet certain
financial obligations. I have been a loyal customer of LIC India for a
substantial period and have always trusted in your organization’s commitment to
customer satisfaction. However, this incident has severely eroded my faith in
your services.
I request that you take immediate action to
investigate and rectify this matter without any further delay. It is crucial
that the last money back amount of 10,000 Rupees be credited to my account at
the earliest. Furthermore, I kindly request a written confirmation detailing
the steps taken to address this issue.
I believe that LIC India values its customers and
strives to maintain a high level of service. I trust that my complaint will be
treated with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. It is my sincere hope
that this matter will be resolved promptly and to my satisfaction.
If no action is taken within a reasonable
timeframe, I will be compelled to explore alternative courses of action,
including escalating the matter through legal channels and approaching the
appropriate regulatory authorities. However, I genuinely hope that it will not
come to that, and we can reach a swift and amicable resolution.
I anticipate your immediate attention and a
favorable response to this complaint. I request that you provide me with
regular updates on the progress of this matter until it is fully resolved.

I am Davinder Singh. My Policy No is 114173726. I got a message from LIC Office for submission of Pension- Life Certificate. Kindly provide a copy of the same so I can submit the said certificate to LIC Office in time. Further It can be submit through online. If yes provide the instructions how it can be filled up and upload. It is also informed that whether the LIC Offfice will refund the taxi fare from residence and fro to your Office for submission of the said certificate. It is treated as urgent. Kindly receipt of this message may kindly be acknowledged.
