I WANT TO REPRESENT A COMPLAINT ABOUT A LIC AGENT WHO DOESN’T CARE TO REPLY OR ATTEND MY QUERY. THE POLICY IN QUESTION WAS TAKEN BASIS HIS REQUEST ON THE GROUNDS THAT HE NEEDS TO MEET HIS TARGET. MY POLICY PERTAINS TO LIC, BRANCH OFFICE NO.2, SHOBHA TSM COMPLEX, PALAKKAD. KINDLY FURNISH THE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE CELL OR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WHERE I CAN SEND MY MAIL AND GET A REPLY FROM THE CONCERNED OFFICER. THE AGENT NEEDS TO BE INFORMED THAT EVERY CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT FOR LIC BUSINESS AND POST HIS ACHIEVEMENT OF TARGET THE RESPONSIBILITY DOESN’T END. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED AND EXPLAINED FROM TIME TO TIME ANY AND EVERY QUERY
THERE IS AN LIC AGENT MR. RAVI IN BRANCH-2, SHOBHA TSM COMPLEX IN YOUR LIC, PALAKKAD BRANCH. BASIS HIS REQUEST I TOOK ONE OF THE LIC POLICIES THROUGH HIM UNDER JEEVAN TARANG WITH A HIGH ANNUAL PREMIUM OF Rs.13744 FOR 25 YEARS. I HAVE ALREADY PAID 11 YEARS PREMIUM AND WOULD DO SO TILL MATURITY. WHAT IS MY WORRY OR UPSET FEELINGS IS : THIS RAVI AGENT DOESN’T KEEP ME INFORMED OF ANYTHING IN THIS POLICY. THIS IS NOW 4TH TIME I HAVE BEEN ASKING HIM TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF MATURITY BENEFITS AND OTHER INCENTIVES APPLICABLE OVER THE LAST TWO TO THREE YEARS. HE JUST SAYS HE WILL DO SO. BUT NEVER DOES ANY UPDATE.
CAN I LODGE A COMPLIANT ON HIS NAME WITH HIGHER UPS FOR A PROPER PULL UP AND RESTORATION OF REQUIRED INPUTS. LIC AGENT DUTY DOESN’T END JUST WITH TAKING OUT POLICY AND MEETING HIS PERSONAL TARGETS. HE NEEDS TO BE OPENLY TOLD THAT. PLEASE CALL ME OR REPLY ON MY MAIL ID.
