Dear Sirs, I am a pensioner under group scheme for which my employer paid annuity on behalf of me to enable me to get monthly pension for my bread and butter. I agree and understand the pensioner should produce a life certificate once in 5 years to get pension regularly. I have been intimated by your esteemed office that I should submit life certificate. Accordingly, I have submitted ( in Dec’23) the scanned copy of the certificate through your mail ID(as mentioned in your intimation letter) with a request to confirm the receipt and you will be doing the needful. Regret I have not received my pension as on date nor a convincing reply to my mail. Please note that I am not a beggar and I am asking for my right. The phone Nos. mentioned on your letter head is not reachable and they do not respond even if the phone rings up. I request your good office to let me know the contact mail id to register my grievance to resolve my problem. For your info. my Annuity No. is 0B9Mo107040163 or 089M0107040163 under GA-12615. Under this circumstances please let me know why I should not go to consumer court as there are lapses from your side in getting my monthly pension for my bread and butter. Thanking you, V.Rajagopalan
