Dear Sir,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is D. Uma Shankar, and I am writing to you as the father of the Life Assured, L U Harshathan (Policy Number: 718909296), under the Jeevan Tarang plan.
I would like to bring to your attention that the policy status is currently marked as “Fully Paid up.” We recently visited the LIC Branch in Chromepet and successfully submitted all the requested documents, including the PAN card, phone number, passbook, etc.
During our visit, we inquired about the payment details, and the branch informed us that they are uncertain about the payment credit. They advised us to contact the branch office for further clarification.
As responsible policyholders who have diligently paid premiums for the past 15 years without a miss, we find it disconcerting that there has been a lack of proper response from the LIC Chromepet branch regarding our payment concerns.
Considering our longstanding relationship with LIC and the agent who facilitated the policy inception, we are reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this matter. We are unsure about the appropriate contact point for payment-related concerns, and we sincerely request your guidance in reimbursing the outstanding amount.
Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, and we hope for a swift resolution.
